Philadelphia Eagles Playoff Scenarios

Here are your updated Eagles playoff scenarios. Philadelphia clinches a first-round bye with:

↵

1) PHI wins twice + CHI loss or tie

↵

Philadelphia clinches homefield advantage with:

↵

1) PHI wins twice + CHI loss or tie + ATL loss + NO loss or tie OR

↵

2) PHI wins twice + ATL loss + NO loss or tie + PHI clinches at least a tie in strength of victory tiebreaker over ATL

↵

With the Bears traveling to Green Bay for the final game of the season a first round bye is a very realistic possibility... but as you can see the #1 seed looks pretty remote. The Eagles lose tiebreakers to the Bears (head to head) and Saints (conference record) while holding one over the Falcons (head to head). The Falcons, however, hold a one game lead in the conference so the Eagles need all three teams to lose. The Falcons host the Panthers, owners of the league's worst record, next week so their chances of losing are remote.
