Fantasy Football Start Em Sit Em: Brent Celek Could Be A Sleeper

Brent Celek has a seen a resurgence in recent weeks and could very well be looking at his best game of the season tonight for a few reasons. Most obviously is the fact that Michael Vick is out. So Vince Young, the backup, starts and backups always like to rely on safe throws to backs and tight ends. So expect Celek to get plenty of targets tonight.

Also helping will be the fact that the Giants have struggled against tight ends recently and could be even worse with Michael Boley likely out tonight. New York has actually given up the fifth most fantasy points to TEs over the past five weeks.

Plus, Vince Young has always liked to use his TE. When asked whether he felt more confident having LeSean McCoy in the backfield, VY said he had confidence in everyone, but mentioned Celek first.

"I feel confidence with the o-line, [TE] Brent Celek out there running, definitely DeSean Jackson, the running backs with Ronnie Brown and Dion Lewis," said Young. "We have a lot of talented guys, and getting those guys out of the huddle is the biggest thing. It's about getting guys in the right places and let them use their talent and what we brought them in for. We have a lot of guys who can make a lot of plays for us."
