Eagles Vs. Giants Score Update: Philadelphia Strikes First In Second Quarter

The Philadelphia Eagles are playing with a depleted offense in their Sunday night showdown with the New York Giants, but they had enough firepower to score the first points of the game.

Vince Young found DeSean Jackson on a 32-yard pass and LeSean McCoy broke a 13-yard run on a drive that ended with an Alex Henery field goal to give the Eagles a 3-0 lead over the Giants in the second quarter.

Young is starting because Philly's franchise quarterback Michael Vick, who sustained broken ribs in a Week 10 loss to Arizona, is out, as is wide receiver Jeremy Maclin.

And Philly may be without Jackson for the rest of the night, too. Jackson went to the locker room with what was reportedly a right knee injury, and his return is questionable.
