After their second win in a row when they defeated the New York Jets on Sunday, the Philadelphia Eagles will travel to Texas to play the Dallas Cowboys on Christmas Eve at Cowboys Stadium at 4:15 p.m. (TV: FOX).
Philadelphia starting quarterback Michael Vick fielded questions about his injured ribs and the Eagles' playoff chances today.
About his ribs, Vick said:
"My ribs are good. I'm feeling better each and every day."
On battling the Cowboys as both try to make the playoffs:
"We all are in positions where we have to fight. Now we have to take our show on the road and be good, physical, and play fundamentally sound football on the road. It's a tough task and it's something that we know that we have to get the job done. We're ready for it."
However, Vick refrained from answering a question about what the Eagles could do as a playoff team. He reiterated that the team still needs to win the next game against Dallas and not worry about the playoffs.
