LeSean McCoy Injury: Eagles Star RB Leaves Game With Ankle Injury, Then Returns

Philadelphia Eagles star RB LeSean McCoy left Saturday night's game early in the fourth quarter with an apparent ankle injury. McCoy was seen in pain as his left ankle was worked on on the Eagles sideline, before being carted off to the locker room to have x-rays taken.

Back up RB Ronnie Brown came in for McCoy, but the Eagles mostly stuck with the pass. McCoy returned to the game for the Eagles with less than ten minutes to go, rushing the ball off right tackle for no gain. McCoy has had a spectacular season for the Eagles, and Philadelphia will have to weigh whether or not it's worth risking any sort of long term injury as their season winds down with no hope of making the playoffs.
