Titans' Stephen Tulloch On The Eagles' Radar

The Eagles have been connected to Jason Babin on a number of occasions and recent reports suggest the veteran defensive end could still be a potential acquisition of the Birds as part of the pass rushing unit. But Babin’s defensive teammate in Tennessee, LB Stephen Tulloch, is reportedly also on Philly’s radar as Training Camp gets underway.

Just 26 years old and coming off arguably the best season of his young career, Tulloch logged 160 tackles and six pass deflections in 2010. If he were to sign a deal with the Eagles, he’d be reunited with former Titans assistant coach Jim Washburn and likely slotted to take over the middle linebacker spot, which is vacant following the team’s decision to not immediately renegotiate Stewart Bradley’s contract.

Tulloch is reportedly also a target of the Lions, but Detroit agreed in principle on a deal with former Jags ‘backer Justin Durant on Wednesday, so there’s no telling whether the Lions can still be considered seriously in the mix.
