Philadelphia Eagles Offseason: Steve Spagnuolo Candidate For Saints, Falcons, Vikings Jobs

The Philadelphia Eagles have yet to name anybody their new defensive coordinator, and the decision might want to come soon because one of their targets, former Eagles defensive assistant coach and St. Louis Rams head coach, Steve Spagnuolo, could be headed to the New Orleans Saints.

According to a Tweet by ESPN's NFL insider Adam Schefter, Spagnuolo is now a target for the Saints, who not only were knocked out of the playoffs Saturday but also lost their defensive coordinator, Gregg Williams, who's reportedly joining forces with long-time friend and new St. Louis Rams head coach Jeff Fisher next season.

On Saturday, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported that Spagnuolo was also a candidate for the Atlanta Falcons and Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator jobs.

Schefter also said that Mike Nolan, Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator, is a possible target for the Saints.
