Michael Vick seemed to have corrected the interception woes that plagued him early in the season, but Sunday against the Detroit Lions, those troubles resurfaced and now he says he is determined to cut down on the turnovers. Vick threw two interceptions in the Philadelphia Eagles' 26-23 loss to Detroit.

Vick started the season by throwing six interceptions in the Eagles' first two games, but then went three straight games without being picked before Sunday's contest.

After the overtime loss to Detroit, Vick said, "I'm just going to continue to try to work on ball security as much as I can. ... Limit the interceptions. Limit the fumbles," according to Philly.com.

Vick has thrown eight interceptions this season, tying him for the fifth-most in the league. Between interceptions and fumbles, Vick has committed 13 of Philadelphia's 17 turnovers this season.

The return of the interceptions came in an otherwise strong performance for Vick, who was 28-for-26 passing for 311 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

The Eagles have a bye week before hosting the Atlanta Falcons on Oct. 28 at 1 p.m. ET.
