It seems likely that Michael Vick will miss a third straight game for the Philadelphia Eagles, as the quarterback once again did not participate in practice Wednesday.
Vick suffered a concussion in the team's Week 10 game against the Dallas Cowboys, and Nick Foles has filled in since. Although there were indicators that Vick was progressing and would be able to play again when the team once again faced the Cowboys again this Sunday, he was able to participate in the team's first practice after their Monday night loss to the Carolina Panthers. Running back LeSean McCoy also remains out with a concussion.
Wide receiver Jason Avant was able to fully contribute in practice after missing the team's last two games with a hamstring injury. He had already been playing through a back injury Week 10 when he tweaked the hamstring. He's third amongst Eagles wide receivers in yardage.
Here's the full rundown of the team's participation in practice Wednesday:

DT Fletcher Cox (tailbone), RB LeSean McCoy (concussion), RB Chris Polk (toe), C Dallas Reynolds (ankle), QB Michael Vick (concussion)
