NFL schedule 2012: Eagles try to play spoiler vs. Bengals

After more than a two-month drought, the Eagles have an opportunity to win their second game in a week on Thursday night.

Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports

The Philadelphia Eagles snapped an interminable losing streak on Sunday, winning their first game since the month of September. Now, Andy Reid's team will have an opportunity to win its second game in five days, as the Cincinnati Bengals come calling to Lincoln Financial Field for a national spotlight game on Thursday Night Football. The Bengals are desperately fighting for an AFC Wild Card spot, and cannot afford a loss in advance of next week's showdown with the Steelers. Going out on the road on short rest, however, could provide the Eagles and Nick Foles with an opportunity to catch a weary Cincy team.

Elsewhere in the NFC East, the Dallas Cowboys host the Steelers while the Washington Redskins head to Cleveland to face the Browns. Both teams are currently chasing the Giants, and are just one game back with three weeks to go. The Giants face the NFC-leading Falcons in a huge Week 15 clash.
