When the Eagles drafted Danny Watkins last year, much was made of the fact that he was a volunteer fireman in his native Canada. His firefighter buddies were at the draft to sheer him on, he's taken every chance he's had to hang out with the FDNY and Philly firefighters. He'll bring it up fairly often in interviews... Point is, the kid loves being a firefighter, so it shouldn't come as a huge shock that one of his first big purchases was a vintage firetruck.
