Plaxico Burress Free Agency: Philadelphia Eagles Top Wide Receiver's List

Plaxico Burress isn't exactly playing hard to get.

The wide receiver, who spent the 2011 season with the New York Jets after being released from a two-year jail sentence, made it clear during an interview on 97.5 The Fanatic in Philadelphia that his top priority this offseason is becoming a Philadelphia Eagle.

"Nothing else would make me happier," he said.

Burress, 34, has clearly lost a step from his youth, but still makes a nice red zone target due to his size. With 45 catches for 612 yards and eight touchdowns in 2011, Burress was often Mark Sanchez's primary target inside the 20-yard line.

The Eagles still have to decide what to do with DeSean Jackson, a wide receiver who is slated to hit free agency on March 13 if the Eagles don't sign him or franchise him beforehand.
