In the latest edition of SB Nation's NFL Mock Draft, Ryan Van Bibber has the Philadelphia Eagles selecting linebacker Luke Kuechly of Boston College with the 15th overall pick.
Kuechly would be a fine edition to Andy Reid's squad. By all accounts Kuechly is one of the hardest working and smartest players in the draft.
While DeMeco Ryans was brought in to fill the middle linebacker spot, he's not a sure thing with his production not being what it once was over the past few years.
Kuechly holds the all-time ACC record for tackles, doing so in just three seasons. He also led the nation in tackles in each of the last two campaigns including a whopping 191 in 2011.
Many feel that Kuechly won't get past the Kansas City Chiefs who hold the 11th selection in the first round, but if he does this would be a great marriage of need and value for Philadelphia.
