2012 NFL Mock Draft Round 2: Eagles Select Lavonte David And Josh Robinson

The Philadelphia Eagles traded up to the twelfth spot in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft and selected defensive tackle, Fletcher Cox, from Mississippi State on Day one. On Friday, they'll look to add three more impact players in the second and third rounds. Who does Mocking The Draft have them taking in their second round mock?

46. Philadelphia Eagles - Lavonte David, OLB, Nebraska
First-round pick: Fletcher Cox, DT

Signing DeMeco Ryans was a good move at middle linebacker for the Eagles. But on the weak side, the team still has Brian Rolle and Casey Matthews at the top of the depth chart. David is a sideline-to-sideline player who will be a playmaker for Philadelphia.

51. Philadelphia Eagles - Josh Robinson, CB, Central Florida
First-round pick: Fletcher Cox, DT

The Eagles finally traded Asante Samuel and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie is approaching free agency. What is often considered a strength for the team is now a need that the playmaking Robinson fills.
