2012 NFL Mock Draft: Mel Kiper Projects Eagles To Select Fletcher Cox, Zach Brown In First Two Rounds

In the latest Mel Kiper Jr. 2012 NFL Mock Draft, the ESPN NFL draft analyst went two rounds. Kiper saw the Philadelphia Eagles addressing needs on the defensive side of the ball in the first two rounds of the draft.

In the First Round, Kiper has the Eagles taking Mississippi State defensive tackle Fletcher Cox with the 15th pick.

Here's what Kiper had to say about the selection:

Disruptive and explosive from the interior, Cox is another player you can take without worries about a scheme fit. He has a chance to become a Pro Bowl player regardless of where you line him up inside. The Eagles simply have to become stronger against the run, and up the middle in general, and Cox should provide early dividends. (via ESPN)

In the Second Round, Kiper sees Philadelphia using the 46th pick to select Zach Brown, a linebacker out of North Carolina. Linebacker is a position Kiper feels is a great need for the Eagles.
