SB Nation released its preseason NFL Power Rankings on Tuesday, and the Philadelphia Eagles were ranked No. 12 on the list that was penned by NFL editor Joel Thorman. The Eagles were the seventh-highest ranked NFC team, as the Green Bay Packers, New York Giants, New Orleans Saints, San Francisco 49ers, Detroit Lions and Chicago Bears were ranked ahead of them, respectively.

Here's what Thorman had to say about Philadelphia:

12. Philadelphia Eagles (LW: 10): Can Michael Vick stay healthy? Really, that's what this season comes down to. Nick Foles had a terrific preseason but the Eagles only hit their potential if Vick stays healthy and blows up.

Overall, the Packers claimed the top spot while the Giants, New England Patriots, Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers rounded out the top five in order.

The Eagles' Week 1 opponent, the Cleveland Browns, were ranked last at No. 32.
