So Sam Carchidi of the Inquirer is stuck on the ground in Newark today, and has been for quite some time. Apparently the plane had a disabled engine, and he's been stuck there since around noon.
↵What better time than to start imbibing on some free alcohol?
↵↵"Sully" is an apparent reference to the pilot who successfully landed a plane in the Hudson River, as Carchidi earlier said, "Paging Pilot Sully. Paging Pilot Sully. Come in, Sully." after discovering the delay was due to a "bad engine."
↵A little fun and relaxation in a bad situation can cause no harm, right?
↵↵You're writing a story?? Oh, well then. Look forward to reading it!
