Philadelphia Flyers In Buffalo To Take On Sabres Tonight

The Flyers look to remain on a hot streak on the road against the Sabres.

The Philadelphia Flyers (15-7-3) play the Buffalo Sabres (14-11-1) tonight at 7:30 p.m. Philadelphia will be looking for their fifth win in six outings. The Flyers are the best road warriors in the NHL (9-3-1 on the road this season) and have a favorable matchup tonight as the Sabres are just 1-4-1 in their last six home games. The Flyers are 8-1-2 in their last 11 visits to Buffalo.

The Flyers might have left winger James van Riemsdyk back from injury for the game. He's scored in four consecutive games against Buffalo. Philadelphia certainly will have Claude Giroux on the ice. Giroux has scored four goals in his last four games. Buffalo's Jason Pominville provides the greatest threat to the Flyers tonight. Pominville has 21 points in 23 career games against Philadelphia.
