NHL Power Rankings Week 21: Oilers and Islanders Try, Can't Shake The Rankings

This week, things seem to be settling down. Not as much movement this week as prior weeks, while the Bruins and Canucks are running away in their respective Conferences.

Oh, and the Oilers and Islanders combined to get 13 out of a possible 14 points last week. Odd.
