Chuck Gormley of the Cherry Hill's Courier Post tweeted late this afternoon:
I am told the Flyers will NOT send an offer sheet to Steven Stamkos at any time today.
This could be do to the Flyers' inability to make a decision. CSNPhilly's Tim Panaccio reported that a source within the Flyers told him this:
We have not made a decision.
For now, we wait.
