The Philadelphia Flyers finish their three game homestand tonight against the Ottawa Senators, who they play again tomorrow night to begin a week-long four game road trip.
The Fylers and Senators are neck and neck in the Eastern Conference standings. The Flyers are currently the four seed at 23-11-4 with 50 points, and the Senators are the five seed at 21-15-5 with 47 points.
The Flyers are coming off a 5-4 victory over the Chicago Blackhawks, but have struggled since their seven game winning streak in early December. Since then they're 3-5. The Senators, on the other hand, are riding a four game winning streak into tonight's contest and have won seven of their past nine, including a 4-1 victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning their last time out.
Expect a potentially high scoring affair as both teams rank in the top 10 in scoring and the bottom 10 in goals allowed.
