Bobrovsky, 23, played 29 games last season as Philadelphia's backup goaltender, finishing the season 14-10-2 with an .899 save percentage and a 3.02 goals against average. He played in one playoff game, surrendering five Pittsburgh Penguins goals on 18 shots.
The Flyers have Ilya Bryzgalov under contract for eight more seasons, and could be looking for a more experienced backup.
