Nightmare Fifth Inning Makes Chad Durbin A World-Wide Trending Topic On Twitter

There's three reasons a person can become a world-wide trending topic. They do something great, they do something awful, or they die. Chad Durbin is still alive and he certainly didn't do anything great. Right when the Phillies fought back to take a 4-3 lead in the top of the 5th, Chad Durbin implodes in the bottom of the inning to give the lead right back.

His line was 1IP 2 ER 2 BB 2H. The killer was that Charlie Manuel sent out Jose Contreras, who has been dependable in this postseason, for just one batter. Then he was pulled for Durbin, who has barely pitched recently, who was allowed to flounder through an inning where he faced 7 batters... Perhaps "Manuel" should have been what everyone on twitter was screaming about.

Also, proving my original point... Bob Guccione, founder of Penthouse, died today and he made the trending list. Thanks for the memories from you Bob. No thanks for the ones from you Chad.
