The Phillies have congratulated Roy Halladay on his Cy Young award with a 72 foot banner that’s been unfurled at Citizens Bank Park’s third base plaza. Halladay is the fourth Phillie to win the award joining Steve Carlton, Steve Bedrosian, & John Denny.
