Now that the Phillies are finally healthy, they have good reason to remain optimistic about their future if the what's left of this season doesn't result in any major injuries. The Phillies got healthy in both its batting lineup as well as pitching this week and on Wednesday they look to complete a series sweep on the road against the Dodgers.
Chase Utley and Ryan Howard are back. Also, Roy Halladay was activated from the disabled list on Tuesday.
The Phillies have won four straight games, and with Cliff Lee (1-6, 3.92 ERA) on the mound, it could be a fifth against the reeling Dodgers team that's dropped four consecutive games on the contrary. Lee faces Clayton Kershaw (7-5, 2.84 ERA) in what is sure to be a fine pitching duel.
