After taking their first day off in over two weeks, the Philadelphia Phillies return to the field Tuesday (7:05 p.m. ET on PHL 17) when the New York Mets visit Citizens Bank Field. The contest will be the first of three games between the two NL East rivals, and will feature Vance Worley (6-9) pitching for the Phils against New York's Chris Young (3-7).
Worley enters the game coming off perhaps his most productive outing of the season -- six innings with just two runs on five hits against the Cincinnati Reds -- while Young has lost six of his last seven starts. Worley has faced the Mets twice this season, and lost both outings.
This season, the Phillies own a 4-8 overall record against the Mets.
