Phillies Vs. Braves Final: Cliff Lee Dominant In 5-1 Philadelphia Victory

Cliff Lee turned in a vintage dominant performance on Saturday as the Philadelphia Phillies defeated the host Atlanta Braves, 5-1, at Turner Field. It was Philadelphia's third consecutive victory.

Lee allowed no runs and just five hits in seven innings of work, striking out five and walking a batter. 67 of the 93 pitches the lefty threw were for strikes. Lee even drew a bases-loaded walk in the sixth inning, stretching the Philadelphia lead to 4-0 at the time.

Jimmy Rollins was the offensive star for Philadelphia on Saturday, going three for five with a home run from the leadoff spot.

Tim Hudson started for Atlanta, allowing nine hits and five runs in his five innings of work.

The two teams will wrap up their three-game weekend series Sunday with a 5:05 p.m. ET first pitch. Cole Hamels will be on the hill for the Phillies, opposed by the Braves' Paul Maholm.
