Marlins Vs. Phillies Lineup: Roy Halladay, Carlos Ruiz Pair Up In Search For Six Straight

With a playoff berth somehow just five games out of the Philadelphia Phillies' reach, Roy Halladay is exactly the man they want on the mound with hopes of moving another game closer to the St. Louis Cardinals in the hunt for the National League's second Wild Card berth.

Halladay is coming off a 7-1/3-inning, one-run performance against Cincinnati and has wins in five of his last six decisions. Here's the lineup the Phillies will put out behind him as they try to win a sixth straight game.

1. Jimmy Rollins SS
2. Juan Pierre LF
3. Chase Utley 2B
4. Ryan Howard 1B
5. Carlos Ruiz C
6. Domonic Brown RF
7. John Mayberry CF
8. Michael Martinez 3B
9. Roy Halladay P

The Phillies will get Carlos Ruiz back in the lineup and hit him fifth. Ruiz missed more than a month with a foot injury before coming back Sunday, arriving at the perfect time, as his replacement, Erik Kratz, was 0-for-10 in his last three games. Juan Pierre also replaces Ty Wigginton in left field from last night's game and will bat second.

Here's the Marlins' lineup:

1. Bryan Petersen LF
2. Justin Ruggiano CF
3. Jose Reyes SS
4. Giancarlo Stanton RF
5. Carlos Lee 1B
6. Greg Dobbs 3B
7. Donovan Solano 2B
8. Rob Brantly C
9. Nathan Eovaldi P

Eovaldi is 4-11 on the year with losses in two outings against the Phillies.
