Charlie Manuel wants Phillies to acquire 'something big'

Philly.com Sports: Philadelphia Phillies manager Charlie Manuel is happy with the additions the team has made this offseason, but like any one else, the 68-year-old manager welcomes the possibility of a big-time addition to augment the middle of the order.

"I'm not leaning into that," Manuel said, with a chuckle. "I'm always going to fish. Of course I want him to get something big. At the same time, I think we've gotten much better. Young is definitely going to help us and so is Ben."
