The Temple Owls have one thing left on the agenda before beginning Atlantic 10 play: host the No. 5-ranked Duke Blue Devils at 7 p.m. on Wednesday night at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA.
The Owls begin conference play on Saturday against the Dayton Fliers, but first have their hands full with Duke. Temple will be looking to extend a three-game winning streak, but the Blue Devils have won the last 10 meetings in the series.
The game features two of the nation's better back courts. Ramone Moore (17.4 points), Khalif Wyatt (14.2 ) and Juan Fernandez (13.3) form a talented guard trio for the hosts, while Duke is led by freshman Austin Rivers (15.4 points) and junior Seth Curry (13.4).
Game Time: 7 p.m. ET, Wednesday, January 4
TV Schedule: ESPN2
Betting odds: Duke favored by 7.5 points
