Temple Vs Duquesne: Owls Host Dukes

Temple looks to extend a nine-game winning streak on Saturday afternoon against Duquesne.

The Temple Owls look to continue their hot run through the Atlantic 10 Conference when they host the Duquesne Dukes at the Liacouras Center on Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. (The Comcast Network)

Temple has rattled off nine straight to earn sole possession of first place in the Atlantic 10 standings at 9-2 in league play. The Owls used 19 points from Ramone Moore on Wednesday night, all after halftime, to escape St. Bonaventure with a 76-70 victory which kept Temple one-half game ahead of Saint Louis in the conference standings.

Duquesne has won three out of four, including a 77-67 decision against visiting Fordham that was spurred by B.J. Monteiro's career-high 30 points. Monteiro leads the Dukes with 14.9 points and 5.5 rebounds per game.
