After all the great wins and regular season Atlantic 10 championship, the Owls are a fifth seed in the NCAA Tournament's Midwest Region.

Between the back-court trio of Ramone Moore, Juan Fernandez and Khalif Wyatt the Owls have some of the best guard play in the country. With Micheal Eric cleaning the glass inside averaging 8.8 rebounds per game, Temple created major mismatches throughout the campaign.
Temple (24-7, 13-3) grabbed the nation's attention early in the year with a stunning victory over No. 3 Duke. The Owls beat the Blue Devils 78-73 back on January 4th, largely due to Wyatt who scored 22 points to compliment five steals, four rebounds and three assists.
After losing two of its next three, Temple reeled off 11 consecutive victories including 10 of which were in-conference.
However, a surprising loss to UMass in their first A-10 Tournament game has Owls fans a little uneasy going into the big dance. With its opponent to be determined on late Wednesday night when California and South Florida lock horns, it makes Fran Dunphy's job that much harder in terms of preparation.
Temple has the goods to make a deep run in the tourney if it can put it all together for a few weeks. Time will most certainly tell.
