The Temple Owls enter the Atlantic 10 Conference Tournament as the No. 24 team in the ESPN/USA Today Top 25 Coaches Poll.

Temple finished the regular season with 13 wins in its final 14 games, claiming an outright conference championship and vaulting into the top 25. The Owls have lost just once since Micheal Eric returned from injury on Jan. 21 and provided an interior presence worthy of the team's perimeter play.

Kentucky continues to top the college basketball rankings, earning all 31 first-place votes in the ESPN/USA Today poll after concluding a 30-1 regular season. Syracuse likewise finished the regular season at 30-1, and checks in at No. 2. Kansas, North Carolina and Missouri round out the top five, with Duke dropping to No. after being shellacked by North Carolina on Saturday night.

Drexel, which finished the regular season with 17 straight wins and has already added two victories in the Colonial Athletic Association tournament, could not crack the top 25 but received 21 votes.
