Villanova Basketball: Wildcats Slide Continues With Loss To Georgetown

The Georgetown Hoyas came into Philadelphia and knocked off Villanova 69-66 in front of a big crowd at the Wells Fargo Center. It was the Wildcats third loss in their last four games and drops them to 5-3 in the Big East. Currently ranked at #8 in the AP top 25, Villanova is sure to tumble after a disastrous week. On Wednesday, Nova was upset in blowout fashion by Providence.
