Big East Tournament Bracket And Schedule For Day Two

UConn, Rutgers, USF & Marquette all advanced yesterday to the second round of the Big East Tournament, which continues today at noon at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The second round features some heavyweight matchup, but I have a feeling the most fun game to be at will be St. John's vs Rutgers. Both are New York area schools and should have the Garden packed with a rowdy crowd all clad in red. Rutgers coach Mike Rice knows that playing st. John's in the 2nd home will be a challenge.

"I thought I was playing the hottest Big East team today and now you face an opponent that's even hotter in this building.  It was a rock fight at Carnesecca at St. John's.  They didn't handle their zone very well.  It is a big challenge.  Love it.  We're on the next round.  Great opportunity for our program and our seniors to show how much we've improved, to show it's different.  And, again, Seton Hall    excuse me, St. John's, it will be a fun match up."

Here's the schedule for day two.

Noon - #8 Georgetown Hoyas Vs #9 Connecticut Huskies (ESPN/ESPN3.com)

2PM - #5 St. John's Red Storm Vs #13 Rutgers Scarlet Knights (ESPN/ESPN3.com)
